Our distribution is done from Holland, all shipping therefore is been handled by PostNL. We send your packages always with Track & Trance and the addressee signs for receipt. This way you can always track your package and can be sure it is going to be delivered. And we will get a notice when you signed for receiving the package. Within Europe the delivery time to be expected is around 2 or 3 working days.
Free Shipping international
For all countries outside Holland we offer free shipping when the total order exceeds €199 and when the total weight of the order is less than 2 KG. For orders more than 2 KG less than 5 KG we charge and extra transport cost of €7,-. For orders that exceeds 5 KG, we will contact you and discuss the best way of transport with you. Also free shipping comes with track & Trace and addressee has to sign for receipt.
Flat rate shipping
We take great care of each packet also when it is not covered by our free shipping rule. All shipments will be sent by PostNL and you will be able to Track & Trace your package and addressee has to sign for receipt. One’s we have sent your package we will send you the Track & Trace number by mail so you be able to see any progress in the transport of your package. You also will be able to see the approximate time your package will be delivered. (It is possible to send the package to a different address than the invoice address)

All merchandise shown on the Fibarozwaveshop.com website are currently available, unless otherwise indicated. If an item is out of stock, it will show as Back ordered and if available, an ETA will be listed. We can hold your order in full until the out-of-stock item becomes available, arrange for a substitute item, or we can refund the item and ship any remaining items contained in the order. We strive to contact customers by the next business day from the date the order was placed to inform them if there’s an issue with their order.
For products that just don’t seem to work the way they should or are defective, we will gladly replace them free of charge or offer you a store credit.
Any unopened or unused product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Some products will require a restocking fee

Returns will be not accepted for any of the following reasons:
- Original packaging is missing, incomplete, damaged or defaced
- Accessories, warranty cards, manuals, or other original components are missing or damaged
- Product is scratched, damaged, altered or not in acceptable resale condition
Just a few easy steps are required in order to process an exchange and/or refund

- Locate the order that contains the product(s) you wish to exchange or return
- Click the RETURN ITEM(s) button
- Complete the short form and submit it for processing. Where indicated, please add a brief explanation in the comments box provided so as not to delay the processing of your claim.
Once approved, packaging instructions, along with the delivery address will be sent to the email address of the account requesting the return. All items should be sent back pre-paid as fibarozwaveshop.com does not accept C.O.D. (Collect on Delivery) packages.
All returned merchandise must be received by fibarozwaveshop.com prior to receiving a refund. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA ID number. Once your returned item is received and inspected by Fibarozwaveshop.com (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed.
Exchanges and Replacements
All authorized exchange and replacement orders will be processed by
Fibarozwaveshop.com immediately upon receiving the original merchandise. The price differential will be processed at this time and the replacement merchandise will be shipped at no charge to the customer, excluding international customers who will be responsible for the shipping charges via a carrier of their choice.
If the customer prefers to have the new merchandise shipped immediately, a new order will be created for the replacement merchandise and payment will need to be made in full. Once the exchanged merchandise is received and inspected, the original purchase will be refunded. Please indicate this preference in the comments section on the return form.
Also make note of the following:
Original order shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipment expense
- No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number
- For Refurbished, Discontinued or Open Box Items: All Sales Final
- Returns are only processed for items purchased from Fibarozwaveshop.com
- We do not receive returns on Saturday or Sunday
- Weekend days do not count towards 72-hour return authorization response time
- Custom ordered items or items that have been installed or disassembled cannot be returned
- No refunds will be given for any reason after 14 days from original invoice date
- You will be responsible for the original shipping cost of items purchased with ‘FREE Shipping’ in addition to the return shipment cost.
